Design review for the new onboarding flow wrapped up — final mocks are in Figma. @Dev Chen please confirm the API contract matches before Thursday. No blockers right now, will have a full handoff doc by EOD Friday.

Metrics dashboard is ~70% done. Datadog integration is live in staging — expect a demo Thursday. Still waiting on the logging-format decision from @Sarah Liu before pushing to prod.
